By purchasing products from CnL Paca Farm you agree to the following terms and conditions:

We will ship In Stock merchandise within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order.   Should something be out of stock, we will notify the shopper to see if the shopper is willing to wait the time required for delivery.  Sales will be billed at the time of order.

Orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges listed are for the continental 48 states only.  Additional charges and extended delivery times apply to all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.  We do not ship outside of the United States.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.

Warranties

We are so confident in our products that if you’re not satisfied, you may return it for a full refund, shipping surcharges apply.  All terms of our “Return Policies” apply.

All warranties and refunds are void if products damaged due to not following washing instructions.

Return Policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the appropriate time frame (28 days).

Products, with original tags attached, in the original packaging can be returned for a Full Refund of its purchase price, shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Clothing much be UNWORN and yarn must be unopened with its original wrapper on the ball or skein.

Items may be returned after 28 days for an exchange or store credit.

NO CREDITS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 90 DAYS.
